What do you ship?
We can ship small or large orders to most places worldwide.

When do you ship?
Due to supply chain issues, average turnaround times have increased to 3-7 business days, but some styles or colors may require a few extra days depending on stock.

Where do you ship to?
We ship both domestic and international orders. You must email us at 713shirts@gmail.com for international orders.

How do you ship?
For domestic orders we use USPS Priority Mai, UPS and FedExl which comes with insurance and tracking. Transit time is about 2-5 days to most places in the United States, but recently, most postal carriers have increased their shipping times. For international orders we use first class shipping from USPS unless otherwise arranged.

Rates to ship?
The cost to ship domestically is $8 for the first shirt and $2 for each additional shirt. Cost to ship custom print orders varies based on weight and quantity. Costs for International orders vary.

How to track an order that's been shipped?
If you do not receive your package within 10 days, feel free to contact us for tracking information if it has not already been sent to you.

In-store pick up option?
We do provide local pick up at our store. We will call you once your order is ready. You have 90 days to pickup after order is completed. Feel free to contact us for more information on local pick up.

Return Policy

What can be returned? 
There are no returns on custom products. If we are responsible for an error we will replace or refund the cost, however, if the customer is at fault then we cannot replace or refund for custom items. We are not responsible for items damaged in the wash. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size or color. There are no refunds or exchanges on $7.13 shirts purchased in store unless product is defective. Returns and exchanges for items will be done at discretion of 713 Shirts.

When do items need to be returned?
In order for a return to be processed, it must be initiated within 7 days of customer receiving order. Item must be unworn and in original condition.

Where do items need to be returned?
Items will need to be returned to 713 Shirts. If we are at fault then we will pay for costs incurred to replace the item. If customer is at fault, they will have to pay for shipping costs incurred for return.

How do customers return items?
Contact us at 713shirts@gmail.com with your order information and reason for return. There are no refunds on items returned due to customer error and returns and exchanges will be processed at the discretion of 713 Shirts.
